Arrow Building responded quickly to our request for a quote. Finding a company that will work flat roofs with an existing foam roof was a challenge. We had three contractors provide estimates. Arrow Building was competitive in pricing but was by far the most thorough in their work plan. We were impressed with their attention to detail. They were meticulous in their approach even though it cost them additional time. They thoroughly cleaned and repaired the existing roof, unplugging all drains. Then they applied an asphalt primer cover, followed by a fibered emulsion and then 4+ coats of white elastoweric. They always left the site clean. Terry and Lou were true professionals!
