The worst Pest Company ever and have allowed their employees to damage customers property and would not support the customer. Further, I just got off the phone with the Contractor's State License Board for California and Aptive is NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA so there is no Contractor's Bond either. They fly just under the radar charging $499/year so they don't need a license like other contractors do! They should not be allowed to "contract" for services!

It went well. They were on time, asked me if I have any concerns, knocks on my door after he's done with his work and very thorough. I've been using them for 2 and a half years and no issues.
