Excelllent! As it always does! Tad showed me the problem and what to do to avoid the problem in the future! It's wonderful to know a repairman you can trust! His quotes are always fair but I'd even pay a little extra just to have Tad do the work because I know he'll provide the BEST service!!!

It went very well. Tad was able to diagnose and repair dryer in a very timely manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained problem and repairs made.
