This man could have said he could fix my refrigerator for $1500 but advised me to get a new one.

According to the repair person (Victor) the control board for my Frigidaire (Model# FRS6LR5EM2) refrigerator needed to be replaced. I called around for over an hour on Saturday looking for a company who can repair it that day. Victor told me what was wrong with the refrigerator and said, "yes, I can repair it today". My tenant said Victor left about an hour later and just told her he couldn't fix it until Monday afternoon and then left. My tenant was not very happy and I wasn't very happy too after specifically asking whether it can be repaired that day! For $500 I can almost buy a brand new refrigerator. I consent to the repair because I wouldn't have to deal with the tenant's food spoiling and being without refrigerator for 3 days. My tenant said she would not recommend this company. She didn't feel he cared whether he got the work or not.

Late evening discovered that the freezer had totally melted down and I had not heard the refriderator go on. I found ARC on Angies list and went to their website. I was able to send a late night email discribing my problem with hopes of a return call the next day.. Early the next morning I received a a call from the tech, Victor and we went over the problem. He understood that I had lost all of my frozen food for the party I had planned and needed quick service. We made an appointment for later that morning and he arrived promptly. He was able to find the problem and determine that the compressor was shot. We discussed repair, time line and cost. He had all he needed with him to do the repair immediately.
The tech told me that the underside of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned at least once a year. The whole underside was covered in debris and dog hair. The previous owner left the refrigerator in the sale of the home and I did not see what was under the unit. I have no animals and will make of point of cleaning under the unit at least every other month. Victor stressed maintainence and the refrigerator should preform for years without repair.

I was looking for someone to work on specifically on thermador oven doors and fisher pipe dishwasher and I checked their website and they did not fix thermador oven glasses.

THE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY NICE AND HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS APPLIANCE COMPANY. THEY HAVE MADE A FUTURE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

THE REPAIR MAN WAS ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I THOUGHT THE REPAIR MAN SHOULD HAVE CLEANED UP BETTER AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.

THE REPAIR CENTER WAS AVAILABLE THE DAY THAT I NEEDED THEM. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN NO TIME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
