Appliance PRO repair

He was very pleasant and came after hours, showing up at 7 at night.

The main selling point was because his initial visit diagnose fee was $29.95. Which was the lowest of any other service I contacted.
My dishwasher is 8 years old and had stopped working. So if the estimate from the initial diagnose was anywhere near or above the $350 range I would then just pay the $29 estimate and opt to buy a brand new dishwasher from Home Depot. Which I could get delivered and installed for about $450. So having a low diagnose fee was important because I wanted to spend less upfront and be able to make an informed decision whether to fix it or just buy a new dishwasher.
After his diagnosis, his estimate was under $300 so I decide to try to save a little money and just have him repair it. (Big mistake). After the next visit where he installed parts he had ordered, he said it was working. But when the dishwasher was run a few hours later it didn't even start. He claimed a fuse blew totally unrelated to any of his previous work. If I believed in the probability of things like that happening, I would play lottery and be a rich man. 3 more visits later to replace the fuse and to fix other things that which he supposed had already be fixed but didn't work, I'm out over $450 bucks for labor and parts(which he marks up at huge margins) for repairs on a 8 yr old dishwasher. I would have just brought a brand new dishwasher for that price had I know that's what it would end up costing.
Long story short, unless you want to get ripped off and have your time and money wasted don't use this guy.

We have called Rishat on two occasions to fix appliances in out house. Both times he has responded promptly and fixed the issue during the visit. His prices are reasonable. We plan to use his services again in the future.

Perfect. He saved me a lot of money by fixing my appliances for considerably less than another company I have previously reviewed. The technician was very courteous, honest, and professional. He fixed my washing machine for about $150 less than the first place I called. He also fixed my gas stovetop, which another company told me needed a new circuit board (the stovetop has no circuit board). He instead ordered and installed a new wiring harness for the stovetop. About halfway through the job he informed me he could probably repair the old harness instead of replacing it. At that point, I told him to just replace it as he had already done a lot of work, but he gave me the option anyway. He was incredibly honest, personable, and thorough. He is the best technician I have used since I bought my 50+ year old house and I will definitely use him again the next time I have a problem. His name is Rishat and he is the owner of the company.

I found Rishat on another website last year when my disposal broke and he was prompt and efficient so I called him again. He arrived exactly on time and took the dishwasher apart. He was at my home for almost an hour and couldn't find anything wrong with the dishwasher after testing it again and again. He said that he can fix any large appliance and I believe him because even though he couldn't find the problem (if there is one) he checked everything and was in no hurry to leave. He told me to run it again empty and told me what it could be if it still didn't pump out the water. He could have sold me a new pump (very expensive) or a new timer (expensive) and I would not have known the difference...but he only charged me $20 for the service call. I recommend him fully and unequivocally. An honest AND competent repairman...WOW!
