Their store was very nice. They have staffs that are very knowledgeable. They give advice on a certain product and they would help you decide on what product you really would like to buy. They answered all my question. They're very respectful. The customer service there is excellent and really nice. They treated their customers really special. The product is good. Overall they provided me an excellent service.

They seemed pretty smooth and professional. I didn't have any issues. They took care of it and there were no trust issues. They know what they were doing. They ordered the right parts and it was just a smooth process. They were a little expensive.

The display on my computer was pixalated. Fortunately and according to the technician it took them awhile to figure it out but the only thing they did was upgrade the firmware. It was just made available that day and it fixed the problems. Everything was great. They did what I expected them to do.
