Anyday Maids

.They usually come in pairs and spend an hour cleaning my home including vaccuming, two bedrooms, kitchen, floors, and bathrooms. They always did a good job.

Overall, poor quality of service. Although, they were professional (in demeanor), responsive, punctual, I was very disappointed. Price itself was good, but not when considering what I got for it. Scheduled 2 hour to begin with; ended up allowing 4 hours of cleaning. Had told them the priorities and particular areas to pay attention to. Hired these cleaners to come speed up cleaning prior to moving into my house. Looked to their supposed expertise for efficient and effective cleaning. Told them ahead of time and on-site to pay attention to grease and adhesive residues and to be prepared with the right solvents. They had 2 people (Myra and her mother) come over on time, while I was at work. 2 hours later, I come home and they're still working on the 1st bathroom and kitchen. I told them not to get hung up things that are not worth spending too much time on, so they can do the other bathrooms and try to get to the windows/floors/blinds. They told me it will take 30mins to finish up the kitchen and 1st bath. I told them my concerns and had to attend to other business. They spent the remaining 1 1/2 hrs on the remaining two bathrooms. At the end, I looked over the work and was not very satisfied, but did not want them to continue to spend time doing what was inefficient. Some things they did do well were: countertops, toilets, oven, oven/dishwasher ports. Everything else, in my opinion, was poorly cleaned for several reasons: 1) improper cleaning solvents. They were not able to clean the adhesive I told them to be prepared for - as if they never even got the message. It was as if they tried taking grease off by just using water (or some light solvent) and a rag. 2) improper scrubbing materials/tools/technique. There were spots all over the place that I could pick off easily with my finger nail. even one pass with the coarse side of a kitchen sponge could have removed. polishing dirt is pointless - remove the dirt and polish the actual surface. drywall/paint dust came off easily with a finger nail. 3) poor attention to areas that needed cleaning. top surfaces that you may not be able to see, were not touched (e.g. top of medicine cabinets, top of shower tiles). The cleaners were nice/friendly people, just did not know how to get the job done. Proper solvents, tools, and attention would have gone a long way to do a quality job and save time - something I would expect from professionals. I ended up finishing off the cleaning myself. Maybe different workers from this company are better. But this is my review for the 2 that I got. My suggestion, in retrospect: supervise and either micromanage or stop the service early when things just are not getting done.

Came down from Vegas expecting condo to be in exact condition I rented it. Found tenants had painted over grease in kitchen on walls and cabinets. Brand new stove and microwave was caked in grease, as well as walls and floors, and stove top cooking area damaged from rust and wire brush tenants used to try to remove grease. New microwave missing filter parts and grease inside parts. Bathrooms not cleaned and carpets were only vacuumed, needed sanitizing and cleaning. Flavia and helper showed on time promised. Explained to her what I needed. They went to work immediately and when refrigerator moved away from wall, thick layer of grease and food on floor and cabinets. They cleaned entire place, including walls, windows, blinds, baseboards, light fixtures and wall plates. Vacuumed to prepare for carpet cleaning next day as well as painter to show up and repaint walls where tenants painted kitchen walls in kitchen and stopped around stove and refrigerator. Complete disaster! Flavia and helper went and cleaned entire 2 bedroom condo and kitchen was sparkling! Couldn't clean inside microwave where filters missing, but she did fantastic job with what she could access on microwave. Left place in great condition and sparking clean! They originally were booked for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but worked 4 hours to clean this greasy mess. When I called business to set up appointment, I was given same day appointment which was great because I expected tenants to have condo in pristine condition with new appliances undamaged, etc, when I did check out with them. I was stressed I would have to clean place myself, but AnyDay Maids saved the day and time for me! I would definitely recommend them, and ask for "Flavia". She is very professional and detail oriented person. Great personality too. Thank you AnyDay Maids and Flavia for coming to my rescue.

It went really well. I would recommend this company to others.

They got lost and showed up one hour late. There was a communication barrier which prevented them getting here on time and me telling them exactly what was needed. They spent 2 hours vacuuming one room so I sent them home.

The man cleaned the kitchen and did a good job on stove. He did not wash walls and cabinets as I had wanted after I called it to his attention. He and his wife did a hit and miss, mostly miss. He didn't even lift the blind to wash the window sill. He cleaned the top of the fridge but not the doors. He did not wash the bathroom walls. I would not use these people again. He left the kitchen and dining room floor a dirty mess.

They arrived right on time and did a thorough job. I would definitely use this service again.

THIS SMALL COMPANY DOES BIG COMPANY THINGS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE FOR MY CLEANING NEEDS.

ANYDAY MAIDS HAS ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE WHEN I NEED THEM. MOST OF THE TIME I GET THE SAME CREW WHEN I CALL SO I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME INSTRUCTING THEM. THEY WORK QUICKLY AND DO A GOOD JOB.
