Annie CAT Claims Consulting
About us
A Public Insurance Adjuster works for the public, the insured party with fire or water damage, not for insurance companies. It's fair to say we spend significant time arguing/advocating against insurance companies, negotiating and documenting ethical and complete settlements for our clients, the homeowners and business owners. At Annie CAT claims, we're passionate about our work because it gives us the opportunity to truly help people going through a CATastrophe.
Business highlights
Services we offer
We settle insurance claims: all paperwork for the insurance co. & mortgage co., adjust the claim, do follow-up correspondence and coordinate all signatures & payments to contractors. We take over the complicated contents related TLI (Total Loss Inventory), negotiate depreciation & organize, coordinate & negotiate Additional Living Expenses (ALE). For businesses, we can help with the books to determine and negotiate Loss of Use / Business Interruption. We prepare TLI & help determine its value.
Services we don't offer
We don't physically do the fire or water restoration. You'll need to hire a licensed general contractor to do those things. We are licensed Adjusters working on your behalf. We'll do everything we can to maximize the settlement so your contractor will have the highest dollar amount to build back the property with the best quality.
