Andy was responsive, showed up when he said he would and completed the job for the price he quoted me.

The job went very smoothly.  This was a very difficult job.  Access to the bathtub waste plumbing was in a crawl space under my house that was only 20" from dirt to the bottom of the floor joist,  so all the work done by Andy had to be done lying on his back.  My house was built in 1950 and the cast iron waste plumbing was all original until now.  I've done some plumbing on my house during the process of a kitchen remodel, but I wouldn't have had a clue how to go about solving this problem.  Andy has a great attitude, when he looked at it to give me a price he said "No problem, I can get this done".  Andy gave me a price range of the cost but because there were so many unknown variables with access to the overflow I agreed that the fairest approach would be to do it on an hourly rate. The final bill was within that range.  The original price range didn't include the cleanout extension but still he was able to get it all done under the original bid range.  I would recommend Andy to my Son or Sister or friends for any plumbing needs.

Andy and crew came out for an emergency toilet repair job. They pulled the toilet, adjusted for the uneven floor, replaced
the flange, and reinstalled the toilet. Did all the work on a last minute emergency call right before the weekend and charged a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive, would call Andy and Team again in the future.

Andy is great- super nice, respectful, punctual, and professional. I actually enjoyed having Andy and Dave Irey (from Irey's plumbing) in my home. As a young female homeowner, I get talked down to A LOT from tradesman- electricians, plumbers, etc. but Andy and Dave were absolutely wonderful. Andy will be my go-to from now on.

Sounds easy--it wasn't.  Leaky faucet--I started to pull the faucet out of the valve using the correct puller.  Things went terribly wrong as the puller pulled apart the plastic faucet inside the brass valve.  Got hold of Andy through Ireys Plumbing (another good bet). They gave me Andy because he was partnered with them and much closer to where I live. Andy called at once and we discussed the issue. We agreed that he would be at our house at 9:00 a.m. the next day.  Shortly before 9:00 he called to confirm he was coming--he arrived just before 9:00. He quickly evaluated the situation--I was thrilled to hear it wasn't my fault. In order to spare me the ordeal of having to cut a hole in our bedroom wall to replace everything--the valve and faucet plus pipes he consulted with another plumber and with the valve manufacturer (Moen). Basically he tried everything to remove the old faucet that showed signs of heavy deposits from our wonderfully hard water here in San Diego. I was ready to give up and start cutting the bedroom wall but he kept at it until he got it out. Then he cleaned the valve and everything of it of the water crud and gave me a choice of two different faucets--either a plastic one (like the one that stuck) or a brass one that was $20 more but of much better material. I chose the brass one and he installed it and in no time had everything working.  He was very careful of our house wearing shoe protectors, putting down drop clothes and generally being careful not to get anything on the floors or wall.  I am very happy with the service he provided and the support he got from Ireys Plumbing  (also on Angies List) as well and would recommend either of them for household plumbing needs.
