AMERICAN CABLEVISION-CORONADO

I was disappointed that after an hour and a half phone call, it was represented to me that my bill, which covered internet, cable tv, and a land line phone did not have an option for lowering it. I suggested dropping the phone line, but that resulted in a much higher rate for internet. I suggested taking off a high speed upgrade, but another  (I'll call it ...) penalty resulted, such as increased rate on one of the other facets of the package. I was trying to lower my monthly bill, but there was simply much pressure, so ,much so, that it felt like all or nothing. I felt like I was over a barrel, and forced to keep everything pretty much the same. Very much like AT&T sales pressure.
