Amazing Carpet Cleaning

I've actually been hiring Roberto and Amazing Carpet Cleaning to take care of our carpet cleaning for the last 4 years, but only just thought to add a report about him to Angie's List. He is punctual, he does a great job, and his prices are fair. It takes him about 2 hours to finish the job in my house, including moving furniture to get in tough-to-reach areas. He runs heater fans to help the carpet dry after he finishes a room, before going into the next one to begin cleaning it. We have a dog that unfortunately is afflicted with colitis, which means that he has periodic explosive episodes of diarrhea. When this happens, the results are DISASTEROUS. I mean, really, REALLY bad, not like a normal dog poop accident in your house at all. But Roberto has come out to help clean these problems without any trouble, and for no extra charge. After 5 years in this house and approximately 8 such incidents, we have zero stains on the carpet! Once Roberto even came the very next day after having cleaned the house, because the dog had an accident the following night. He's a nice guy, he does a good job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other Angie's List users.
