We live in a different state and was looking for a town house in San Diego for our retirement years. We planned to rent it out before we retire. My husband found Jackie's company on the web and called her in December 2011. Jackie immediately started looking and sent us listings. My husband flew there, and she showed him around in different neighborhoods. After some ups and downs, we finally bought one in a nice neighborhood in July and rent it out in August. Throughout the process, Jackie was patient, listening to what we want and giving us her advice. She took videos of the homes she thinks we may like and emailed them to us. When we closed on a townhome, she paid for one year home warranty for us. She also took care of most of the issues to get the house ready for rent. Her management fee is reasonable, and she and her staff get to issues quickly. Overall we are satisfied with her service; she has been very nice and professional!
