He appeared on time, he didn't try to sell us extras (new rod heater). He did more than he said he would (bought & laid new tiles, cleaned pool filter) & didn't charge us extra. His was not the lowest bid, but he seemed to us to be honest, trustworthy, & modest. Advice: Don't always go for the lowest bid.

THESE WORKERS WERE VERY GOOD AT THEIR ROCK ARTISTRY. THEY WENT AHEAD AND DID THE WHOLE JOB, INSTEAD OF DOING A TEST PATCH FOR US TO APPROVE FIRST. THEY DID WORK DILIGENTLY AND QUICKLY, WHICH PLEASES ME. THEIR PRICE WAS A BIT MUCH, BUT I NEGOTIATED A DISCOUNT SINCE WE HADN'T AGREED ON A PRICE BEFORE THEY STARTED. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. THE WATERFALL PATHWAYS ARE ROCKY AND STEEP. THEY HANDLED THE JOB WELL AND THE NEW SURFACE LOOKS NATURAL. HURRAY!
