The particular serviceman, Tom, who came out was extremely knowledgeable, and I enjoyed having him come in. I learned a lot about the system. He was even able to give me enough information that I could service it myself if I really needed to in an emergency. He even took calls while he was here instructing other serviceman. I would trust him to come in and do what was necessary to get it done and not slug a lot of parts in. When I called him in, it was to do a specific job, and there was an expensive part that I thought would have to be replaced. He saved me money by informing me that I didn't actually need to replace the part. They do a lot of work with Kinetico parts.
