I was out of the country for a while and did not get a bill. They removed by trash cans. I got a new service. They say that I cannot cancel service without a 3 month cancellation fee unless I cancel 2, 4, 6, or 8 years exactly from the start of services. I am currently reviewing this with the State Attorney General. A one month window for cancellation every 2 years seems excessively restrictive, especially for someone who has been with the service for 5 years. This is worse than cellular service!.

ITEMS THAT ARE COLLECTED ARE PLASTICS, GLASS, CARDBOARD AND GREEN MATERIALS. COMPANY IS RARELY LATE. THERE ARE VERY FEW TIMES WHEN THERE IS SPILL OVER.
