After being told by another provider we needed a new water heater, I contacted All Star water heater and plumbing Inc. They gave us a fair price; so I asked them to install a new water heater. Before installing the new heater, Jim inspected our old one. The only thing he found wrong was that a button was out of position. We did not need a new heater. We only had to pay a service charge which was much less than the other provider charged us. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jim for your expertise and honesty. I will definitely do business with this company again.

My old gas water heater needed replacing so I purchased one and arranged for Allstar to install it. Allstar gave me a window of time of 11am to 3pm and came before 3pm. The plumber talked to me about meeting code and the changes that would need to be made to do so. He sold me the drip tray and other part needed to pass code and installed my water heater for me. He was professional and did the job well and quickly. He put down a runner to prevent dirting my living room as he had to pass through the living room to the patio to install the heater. All in all it was a very good experience.

My water Heater went out on a Friday night and I called All Star > cant recommend these guys highly enough. they scheduled me for the next day ans told me they would call around noon for more specific time. they did. when Dave the tech came they realized they brought wrong size water heater ( miscommunication my end). now its 2:30 Dave asked if he could still change out that evening and did so coming back promptly when he said he would and finished installing at 10:30 that night! these guys new we needed to get hot water back on and did what needed to be done in a professional, ans courteous manner. I would recommend All Star to anyone !.
