Very good service until we sold home.  We provided All Secure with a new customer, the buyer of our home.  We intended to continue service with them at our new home until all of the runaround began.  First they would not cancel the service until it was at their convenience.  New owner took over account.  Contract clearly states that if contract is taken over by new customer .  "I CAN BE RELEASED FROM MY AGREEMENT IF THE NEW OWNER OFTHE PROPERTY SIGNS A MONITORING AGREEMENT WITH CSG (CENTRAL SECURITY  GROUP, the monitoring company for All Secure Alarm Company.  I was given FIVE different responses when I tried to "transfer" or to "continue" service at my new home.  First person told me that I take the equipment with me to new home and tech will come to install for a $200 fee, $100 to pick up equipment and $100 to install at new home and the contract would continue for 18 months.  Then I called to schedule the "MOVE" and I was told that the equipment stays at the home and new equipment will be delivered to new address and that there was NO obligation to complete the current contract because we were going to sign a new contact.  I was told that a tech would be in touch within 7 days.  Never heard from a tech so I called again upon receipt of a paper statement sent via US Mail for $42.95 (monthly fee for 2/1/17 to 3/1/17) so I called again.  I was told to ignore the statement and not to pay it because we were going to retain service at our new home.  I noticed on the statement that there was a $100 for "moving" service. I asked if I can get the credit....YES!  But then later in the day yet another rep called to advise that we had to pay the remainder of the contract at $257 but the $100 moving credit would apply but we had to sign a THIRTY SIX MONTH CONTRACT.  So I called yet again to day to ask why there are so many terms and none are the same terms each time we call?  The rep "apologized" for poor training.  It was then that I notice that the contract clearly stated that the takeover of the contract by another party  releases us from the contract.  When I asked about that the rep said that she would 'send notice" yet to another department.  WHY?  All of the terms for cancelation of the contract have been met.  Why can I not just remain a customer and continue to pay my monthly fee?  Why all of these contradictive conversations with reps? Now I am told that within 3-5 business days I will have an email confirming my release from the contract since my contract was taken over by the person that bought my home.  Again....why not retain a customer?  I am confused about this company's retention policy.  We will not use this company again even though the monitoring service was excellent.  I feel that we were being scammed just to get money and a pay out on a contract that was void based upon this company's own contract.  And we obtained a NEW CUSTOMER for them too.

Installed home alarm to include door and window sensors, and motion sensors on 1st floor of home.  Used existing sensors on windows and doors and installed others where wanted to include exterior and interior leading garage doors.  Included one master keypad and one remote arming keychain.  Install was performed as agreed.  Cost: 49.95/mo.
Service is based on internet connection and is only as good/consistent as your connection remains.  Our service experiences communication failures more than we'd like.  Make sure you ask for the fire alarm to be included in the system.
The main audible alarm is not as loud as our previous system. The speaker (only one) is embedded directly in the keypad making it not nearly as effective as externally mounted alarm sirens (we had but could not be networked to work in conjunction with the keypad unit).
Overall I would look for a more consistent and louder system in the future once this two (2) year minimum contract is up.

Beverly, the sales person, arrived early to my home after I told her that we could met earlier than planned. When she arrived, she was very friendly and immediately began going around the counting sensors, windows, doors, etc. I kinda felt like she was more focused on getting through the estimation rather than explaining why I really wanted All Secure's service. Anyway, she did a very good job counting sensors and talking about her service but she was almost too pushy, she wasn't rude, just all business. After the estimate, she offered me a system and when I turned it down she offered me more sensors, and perks in order to win my business. She really tried to pressure me to sign with her company, even told me that, "she wasn't sure she could sign the same deal" if she left and had to come back a second time. I told her I'm sorry she didn't make a sale but I like to get multiple offers and that I'd call her back some other day. As stated in the review, I didn't select this company for my alarm service and went with their local competitor instead. I feel like All Secure is probably a great company, but my first impression of their staff wasn't to my liking so I didn't hire them.

The representative arrived early, learned what was critical for us, evaluated the options with us and provided us the best option at a very good price for home-security. This was after seeing 2-other representative companies that provide the same type of service and installation.
Very pleased with All Secure in its setup an implementation for our home security installation needs.
