AL IS FRIENDLY AND TALKATIVE, BUT FOCUSED ON THE WORK, TOO. HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WE SET UP (A CITY INSPECTOR WAS LATE MEETING HIM FOR AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT) AND DIDN'T CALL TO LET ME KNOW, BUT HE QUICKLY RESCHEDULED AND WAS ON TIME FOR THAT ONE. HE DRESSES CASUALLY (TANK TOP AND SHORTS), BUT HIS WORK IS VERY NEAT AND LEFT THE BATHROOM BETTER-LOOKING THAT WHEN HE ARRIVED.
