They were prompt and thorough.  The guy couldnt have been better and he knew what he was doing. 

I was referred to this company by my HVAC company because my dryer is located on the second floor. I spoke to company owner, Steve Schauer, who gave me the quote and scheduled the appointment,. Chauncey and Dario showed up toward the end of the two hour window and were here for about three hours to clean my dryer vent and 13 air ducts in my two-story house. They removed each vent deflector and taped their vacuum machine hose tightly around the vent opening to suction out all the dust/lint without getting it into the house. Unlike some other duct-cleaning companies I've used in the past, they left the house as clean as they had found it. I will definitely use these people again.

They were here at the time that they said. They have a ten duct minimum. The technician was very good and very professional. He was friendly, thorough, and did the work quickly with no messing around. I’ve had water damage recently and the people that cleaned that up recommended that I get my air ducts cleaned in case there was mold. They were efficient, they didn’t waste any of my time, and I received their fall discount. We are happy with them because they are very good.

Ernesto was prompt, efficient, pointed out that the air vent on the dryer was bent and needed to be attended to. I was quite satisfied with his work

The Inquiry: to start off when I called to make the inquiry about duct cleaning I got a $75 discount so appreciated that. We then set up an appointment that satisfied my schedule. The Job: he was very nice and explained in detail what he would be doing. He did get a call from his boss about 3/4's through the job and then he rushed a bit. Hopefully he did a good job after that but I did not follow him around to check. I was going to have him do the dryer vent but he seemed to think a gadget I picked up at Linen's 'n Things would do as good a job so we bypassed that. The Bill: he was writing up the bill he asked me if I had any discounts which I had totally forgot about. I was really glad he did that and showed excellent customer service on his part as I would of paid the full amount. The job Satisfaction: over all I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend them highly.

I asked again if there would be any requirement for partial payment, but both Steve and the technician (Jesus) said, "No, it's their policy not to charge if a job cannot be done properly to completion." Yesterday I got a bill for $150!! When I called the office, the billing person said he had no information about waiving the bill and was very rude. The next morning I spoke with Steve again and he had no recollection of the waiver promise and said he had to pay his technician! Ultimately, Steve called back and said that I was right and that there would be no charge. However, he said that a bill goes out automatically when they make a service call even when they don't complete a job. This means YOU will get a bill no matter what! I'm now referred to a chimney sweep operation and will be report the results. Steve said he was going to be advertising with Angie's List--Please don't do this if they can't correct their billing problem.

I first encountered Steve Schauer on the initial telephone contact. I was impressed with his professionalism, yet was accommodating to my requests. The tech, Joe, was on time and professionally explained the air duct cleaning procedure. He was clean cut and very polite. We went over the reasonable agreed pricing prior to starting the job. Joe took great care in protecting my home property from any damages. When required, he moved furniture. He was also very concerned about our pets getting out of the front door. He completed the job according to his time estimation. I was extremely pleased with their services and would definitely recommend this company to others!

AIR-TEK HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION AND WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH FROM THE INITIAL CALL. I DIDN'T FEEL 'SOLD' TO AND FELT VERY CONFIDENT WITH THEIR ESTIMATE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. MY HOME SMELLS FRESH AND CLEAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I WAS MISLEAD ON THE PRICING OF THE SERVICE. I WAS GIVEN A PRICE UP FRONT. AFTER THE SERVICE MAN CAME, THE PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER. THEY TOLD ME THE PHONE PRICE WAS AN ESTIMATE, NOT AN ACTUAL AMOUNT. I WAS A LITTLE MISLEAD AND FRUSTRATED, AS I REALLY ONLY NEEDED MY DRYER DUCT CLEANED. AN AGREEMENT WAS MADE AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS MANNER.
