Initially the A/V consultant was to install the Slingbox, however several problems were encountered because of the initial system installation by Time Warmer. Bill did an outstanding job of resolving all issues and dealing with several obstacles. He returned to do some additional re-wiring of the network. Totally exceeded my expectations.

I gave the audio/video consultant Rick Kelsay a call. He came to my house to assess what I wanted and needed. He gave me good suggestions and an estimate. They sent Ken Hurd to do the installation. He straightened everything out and explained everything to me. When I had a question about the bill, they took time to explain that to me. I am happy to say that they did a great job.

Two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Our new gear was up and running in short order and has worked beautifully ever since installation. There was no service charge to install one of the components which was delayed due to back-order. I checked equipment prices from a number of other sources and found American Home Entertainment to be very competitive. Owner Joe Ortega was very helpful in giving me excellent advice on how to upgrade our system in the most cost-effective manner.
