He got the PC to boot up and found that my Malware program was disabled.  Removed many hard to remove malware programs which was hogging my processor slowing down what I wanted to do on the PC.  Problem fixed and all is good.  Ryan did a great job.  Thanks.

Ryan was promptly on time and was friendly and knew exactly what was going on with my laptop. He installed software and removed malware hijacking my computer. He fixed it in the estimated time and was a very reasonable price.

Ryan was on time, did fast work in solving our problems, was very reasonably priced, friendly and would call on him in a second, and also recommend him to friends.

Ryan did a great job. He picked up the computer at my house, then took it with him to work on it. He had it back in a few days, but could have done it sooner if I had needed it. I know enough about computers to be dangerous, but haven't kept up, so I can't diagnose it myself anymore. I do know enough, however, to know that Ryan is very knowledgeable. I thought his rates were very reasonable, and highly recommend his services to everyone! I particularly like that he is local and can come look at the physical machine, rather than looking at it from a distance. Shop Local!!!

Ryan came out the same day I called him, first apologizing that it might only take him 15 minutes to fix my problem, but he'd have to charge me for an hour. His rates are very reasonable and I found some other computer issues he solved, so we got our full hour's worth of services. I would definitely use his services again.

I was having slow connection speed in my upstairs home office. I thought it would help to by a and quot;router extender/expanderand quot;. I tried hooking it up. Instead of helping, everything got all messed up. I could no longer even find my network listed on any of my devices (Sony laptop, Mac Mini, iPad, AppleTV-nothing was connecting anymore). I tried numerous things to fix it myself (unplugging, rebooting, the usual basic stuff). Everything just got worse.
So, after checking the reviews on here for computer repair, I called Ryan and quot;Affordable Computer Guyand quot;. I called him in the morning, around 9:30am and he said he could come out at 5:30, which worked for me. He got here a couple of minutes early. Friendly, professional, right down to business, assessing the situation. He worked on the network and router problems for about 30 minutes and got those resolved (I did not need an and quot;expanderand quot;) and then set about fixing my husband's laptop, which had stopped working about two weeks ago, by reinstalling the drivers and some other stuff. All done in 60 minutes. VERY HELPFUL and VERY APPRECIATED.

Ryan H (owner) gave me advice immediately over the phone then was available the same day for service. He was efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. I learned better ways to utilize my computer for current and future use as well as saving all my files from my old computer. I will be using his service again and highly recommend him!

I would hire Ryan again for any computer help I may need.
