The service was good as always, Keith Brown was great and very helpful and knowledgeable, he would help clients with the best service maintenance for their car, and I highly recommend Advantec because of Keith Brown.

We get all of our cars at the office maintained by them. If we ever need a part, he is able to get the part and have it fixed that day. He also delivers the cars back to our parking lots. It is affordable and convenient. He is honest and he does good work.

This "repair shop" refuses to honor their "1 year/12k mile" warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE. I will also file a complaint to BBB. This business has the shadiest tactics and the owner constantly attacks customers that had given bad reviews on another "popular review" site(starts with a Y and ends with a P). Unacceptable! Calls his customers names; horrible business ethics!

I knew I was due for a couple new tires (usually i go to discount tires) but noticed some mild squealing coming from my brakes occasionally so I opted to take care of both issues at once. Service was performed on a walk in basis. Tires were reasonably priced. Brakes were still good. They informed me the noise was due to dirty drums so they cleaned them for me gratis!

They took apart my brakes and showed me the pad and rotor thickness (lack thereof) and explained my options. They then ordered, received and installed replacement rotors very quickly - less than 3 hours total. The price was in-line with the bottom range of other legitimate quotes, a bit higher than the lure-you-in discount ads you might see at other locations.
This place is always busy for good reason - they provide quality work at a good price.

I've been going to Sean at Advantec for years, and he and his staff are awesome. They've been keeping my ancient car running for years longer than it ought to, looking better than it ought to as well. Sean's pretty honest with you and will let you know what repairs you MUST make, what you probably should do pretty soon, and will spare recommending to you anything optional and wasteful. He's busy and so he keeps it to the point. This is not the kind of place to go to for an oil change, though they do that, too.
Anytime something is wrong with my car, he takes me for a drive to check it for himself if it's not immediately apparent, and he's so on top of his work that he can usually diagnose it in a split second. He's courteous and his prices are reasonable. This is the best kind of auto shop you could find. I'm a longtime customer and will happily continue to be.

The repairs were performed in a very timely manner, and at a cost much less than my prior estimate from a new car dealer.

Provider replaced struts and shocks. Struts failed well within this business' advertised warranty (12k miles/12 month). Provider replaced right strut but refuses to replace left. To this day, the strut that was replaced, works wonderfully! However, the other strut creaks louder than an old mattress. Instead of replacing the left strut (proven solution based on replacement of right), Sean removed it, placed some lubricant and re-mounted it on my car. Less than a week later, the same issue arose. Returned to the shop and Sean refused to replace the part. Horrible business ethics. Please err on the side of caution.

I had crashed down into a ditch. The under part of my car was hanging down. I took it in and they fixed it for free. They are very nice guys. They like to get to know my name. They come in there and they all mill me. The price was great. I will use this company in the future.

They have great service and always give it to you straight. Several times I have had them tell me that there was something that eventually needed repair, but wasn't urgent, and asked if I wanted to hold off. We also took several cars we were interested in purchasing here -- one time they opened the hood, recognized it was in terrible shape, and didn't even charge us. I cannot say enough good things about Advantec.

Excellent. Fast reliable service. Sean runs a great ship. Everyone seems to like to work there and are all friendly and service oriented.

The job was to be completed in several days but, due to unforeseen huge patches of bondo from an apparent accident, it took a few days longer. Sean kept me fully advised and told me exactly what stage they were in. He had to remove many of the panels from the pickup in order to more thoroughly paint them. Due to the unexpected bondo spots, which had cracked down to the base, Sean made the extra effort to reglaze the bondo spots for painting. He put on more coats of paint than expected but did not charge extra for the paint or labor in the final bill.
