I wanted to reduce UV damage to new furnishings (couch, paint, carpet, etc.) purchased. I was renovating a multi-windowed, south facing, vaulted room that gets a lot of sunlight and is a major heat source during the summer. I had a very narrow schedule to get a good quality film installed, after painting and before blind installation, on a compressed renovation timetable. Not only was Bryan able to schedule an immediate estimate on a Saturday, but was also able to reschedule installation quickly after I had to delay our appointment (due to needing some "fogged" windows replaced.) He explained the difference between standard window films and the ceramic film and its impact on our heat load and dual pane windows. He had a selection of filters to clearly show the visual difference between film that would reduce light anywhere from 30-70%, and had pictures showing side-by-side installation and its effects on the window views. I was very satisfied with his friendliness and expertise, and have already noticed a significant reduction in the heat load of that side of the house.
