TV Repair
This was a wholesale club warranty repair. The first appointment, made by the wholesale club, was supposedly never received by AES. When they did come, they took nearly four weeks to get replacement parts, but then the TV still did not work. Wholesale club could not find a new plasma display, so they authorized a refund.
