 + -1 moreThis was a wholesale club warranty repair. The first appointment, made by the wholesale club, was supposedly never received by AES. When they did come, they took nearly four weeks to get replacement parts, but then the TV still did not work. Wholesale club could not find a new plasma display, so they authorized a refund.
Description of Work: Vizio Plasma TV stopped working. They replaced two PC boards, then declared the plasma panel to be faulty.
