John promptly returned my phone call and gave me a reasonable quote given the scope of work. Many other contractors had minimums they would charge to do any work and took more than 24 hours to return my calls. Although John was busy, he fit me into his schedule because he knew we needed to have our floors tiled before a scheduled carpet installation. John was both prompt and friendly. His craftsmanship was excellent and he didn't cut corners to finish the job quickly. John removed the baseboards, and placed the file under the baseboards, something the builder of our town home didn't do. He didn't charge extra for this - it was just part of the job. Overall, I would hire John again because he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did great work.
Description of Work: I hired John Milichich from Advance Framing to tile a hallway in a high traffic area of my home.
