We were reminded of service the day before and got a text before the technician arrived. He was quick, thorough and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Service was fast and professional, but I was charged $ 644 to replace 2 springs. Looked at other prices afterwards and they were double the price of other companies. Technician was only at my house fo 50 minutes. Parts on line ran about 85$ per spring.

Perfect. Jorge arrived an hour early, good for me. He not only replaced the spring, he also did a proper service so I won’t need to call ADS until next March. I couldn’t be happier with the service Jorge provided, I will request him for my next service!

Left a message due to their office was closed when I called. Few minutes, after they opened, I received a phone call from ADS. I was told, Justin, tehnician, will be at my home between 10 AM - 2PM. Well Justin, arrived at approximately 10 AM. Took 45 minutes to replace 2 springs and 10 door rollers. Excellent service.

Justin installed a garage door opener and serviced two others. We are ecstatic with the results! The new opener is as quiet as a whisper. Justin is personable, professional, and informative. We highly recommend him and ADS!

A cable snapped on my garage door on a Friday morning and the door would not close, even manually. ADS sent a technician within an hour and the repair was completed within another hour.

They did an excellent job. Everything looks great.

I am very happy with the service from ADS.  John was wonderful.  He installed the opener and re-balanced the door.  He reviewed how the opener works and provided an overview of the safety features.  He also answered my questions and concerns as the opener I purchased has some smart technology features that I didn't expect.  It took him about 90 minutes overall.  He arrived on time and took care of everything including hauling away the old opener and the related trash.   I highly recommend ADS. 

My old garage door broke and was unusable I called ADS and they came out within an hour and made temporary repairs to my door so that I was able to use it until they installed a new door. Several days later they installed a new garage door at a very reasonable price. It has worked perfectly since. I have used this company for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this company.

I decided to use this company since they had good reviews and also were the only company that could come out in a timely manner. One other company on Angies list was booked 1 month aheah, another company would not answer their phone and their voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave message.  
I just needed them to replace the garage door springs.  The price was about $80 more than what the estimate was over the phone and I don't know what other companies charge for the same service, but it seemed the price was a bit steep for this service.  Perhaps I should have looked a for a coupon first.
They did come out when they said they would, and repair was completed without any problems.

The results were outstanding; door operates very quietly as if a new installation !  ADS was prompt, efficient, and professional.  This will be my "Go To" garage door firm in the future !

Leaving for work at 400am I knocked over a box that impacted by garage door.  I called several companies on Angie's list, and ADS was the first to respond and the first to book (one company had to schedule 7 days out and this was not an option for us for a variety of reasons.)  The technician, SAL, was friendly, professional and while it was a simple fix, he took great pains in assuring I knew the operation of my garage door opener.
I could not be more pleased and would gladly refer this company to anyone needing garage door assistance.

The technician arrived on time, is friendly, efficient and thorough. He is very patient with questions and he made sure the doors were running smoothly.  The problems with the door had to do with the manufacturer and ADS was very helpful in getting us the replacement doors. We are very satisfied with this company and would continue to use them and highly recommend them,

I called and made an appointment for Wayne to come to my home for an estimate on a new door.  The appointment was for Friday, July 13th @ 1PM.  Unfortunately, Wayne never showed up, nor did he call to let me know he was not showing.  This may be a fine company, however, first impressions are lasting.

Update 08/09/2012: I was the homeowner who previously gave this company an "F" rating for failing to show up for a scheduled appointment.  After my post, the company contacted me almost immediately, sincerely apologized and fully explained how the missed appointment happened. Sometimes things "just happen" in business, however, it is how a company proceeds to remedy a problem that really matters.  In my case, the company went to "extraordinary measures" to remedy the situation.  Their sales person was at my door in a matter of hours and made an excellent detailed presentation of door options available.  Over the next week or so I had contact with the company on multiple occasions with questions and on each occasion I received a prompt courteous response, along with a very generous discount to offset the initial inconvenience.  I felt their product and the way they conducted themselves warranted giving them my business.  The installer arrived promptly, was courteous and proficient. Within a matter of hours.... old door gone and new door installed.  I am very satisfied with the way this company conducts business. As I mentioned in my previous post,  "first impressions are lasting", however, Sometimes, first impressions are incorrect.Thank You

I don't have any complaints about the work performed, however this is the second time I have used them and both times it took quite a while for the work to get done. The second time was literally weeks later.
