Excellent job by Adail and his team! We needed to have the underlayment replaced and wanted to keep the old tiles. Other companies who provided a quote tried to talk us into replacing all the tiles and doing all sorts of other things we did not want. Adail had a look at the tiles and told us they were still in good shape. He quoted us a reasonable price for the job we wanted him and his team to do. We did need to have some plywood replaced on the roof, which we had expected. Adail took pictures beforehand to show us what the wood looked like before replacing it. The work was completed on time and to our utmost satisfaction. We had a solar company reinstall our solar panels and they were very complementary of the work Adail and his team had done. If you want somebody you can trust and who is reliable, go for Adail and his team.

Can't share enough praises regarding Adail Bastos and his roofing company. Reasonably priced, clean & efficient, courteous, showed up as scheduled and completed project without delay. Adail is friendly, trustworthy and straight forward and when the project is complete, as I shared with him, you feel like you made a new friend.

The owner of the company, manage all the process of work. Easy communication during the process of job. He is using good quality material that give extra protection and efficiency. Before doing the roof replacement, I did interview for 4 different contractors, I chose him. I had 100% satisfaction.

Adail and his crew did an excellent and efficient job! He was always available for calls and questions. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.

Adail is great to deal with

He removed all the old peeling tape on the roof. Took old caulking out around the roofs perimeter and cleaned it all out. Then he put mastik which should have been done in the first place into all the groves and perimeter. Then he applied high quality 3 inch roofing tape. The finished job was perfect and no more leak! He came by on a Saturday and gave us a quote. Answered phone messages promptly and showed up to do the job as he said he would and on time. Very personable man and professional. Would definately hire him again.

Came out for the inspection the same day I called and on time. Scheduled the work for the next day and was on time. Spent about 2 hours on the roof and even patched an area on my patio covering that leaked but wasn't part of the roof. Very professional and a really nice gentleman. Would hire again and would recommend to anyone.

Adail was on time, on budget and friendly. He and his crew cleaned up everything and did not make a mess. My new cement tile roof looks great.
