Ace Patio

The crew carefully removed the old roof and disposed of all materials. They spent 1 1/2 days installing the louvered roofing system. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. The patio is much cooler, and we can see the sky when we want to.

It went very well. It was really good. It was quite an extensive shade structure. It's an Alumawood product and Solara is the kind where it louvers on the top. I'm happy with the service. Everything went well with them. They're the only ones around who do the Solara. Their pricing is medium. I wish it could cost less but it needs to cost that much because they had to buy the product for somebody else. It's fair. We had to wait before they could come. They were punctual and they came first thing in the morning. They cleaned up. They came when they said they would.

Bill was on time, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the results are what you expected, or more.  Another vendor had set the footings for the columns, but they were inaccurate.  Bill did not complain, but proceeded to have the old footings removed and then install them properly himself.  Pleasant and cordial, he was always willing to explain what was going on.  At one juncture there was a misunderstanding of what the type of ends on the joists were to be.  Bill immediately, and without any fuss, apologizing for any mis-communication.  He remained flexible as we made some modifications on the spot and added in additional electrical work for lighting and fans.  A great guy to work with.  He and his crew cleaned up daily, were fun to interact with, and we are so very pleased with the process, quality and results.
