i followed up 6 times by phone and 3 times by email but only got a response 10 days later to inform me he was not interested in the job. Very unprofessional, kept me hanging and delayed the project. I was recommended to him by my insurance person and i have let her know as well not to recommend this firm and damage her reputation.

Accutek's work for me has resulted in a feeling of trust that any work I asked them to do for me in the future would be
conducted with an equal degree of excellence.

Showed up next business day to investigate the slab leak. No water damage, just hotspots on the floor, so there was no rush on my part.

We determined the course of action, he provided a quote that I accepted, and that was it.

Workers showed up every day on time and worked neatly.

The city Inspector liked the quality of the work. Said it was top notch.

They're a family owned company and knowledgeable in what they do. They're very professional and responsive, both situations were an emergency and they were here right away. I also consider their pricing to be very fair and I don't feel taken advantage of at all.

Great family owned company. They always are very friendly and great to work with. I especially like the amazing service they give. They are also supporters of local activities. I feel that they are not a company but like working with a friend. I also enjoy running in to them at Oggis.

This company is phenomenal. We have have used Numerous carpet cleaners over the years and this company and the two workers who performed my service were the absolute best. We have a very light off white burber carpet which has been installed for over 10 years. Needless to say it really needed a cleaning including a major coffee spill covering an area 3x3 and after they were done, the carpet looks brand new. They were also reasonably priced, knowledgable, prompt, courteous and careful. We also asked them to clean an old off white sofa and it also came out amazing. Highly recommend. I never write reviews but this experience was and quot;soand quot; good, I had to let others know. You will not be disappointed. I was not promised or given anything for writing this review.

They were able to comply with a short notice situation. We tentatively scheduled a few days ahead of time, then I gave them a go when the unit was available early. They worked with me to accomplish a tight move in and out. They arrived with the right equipment and were professional. The price was very fair.

They came recommended to me from my brother. They did a better job then another well known cleaning company. They came on time when they said they would. They did a nice job. The workers were friendly and professional. I would use them again for future service.

THE REP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, THE SCHEDULING FOR THE WORK WAS EASY, THEY CAME ON TIME. HOWEVER, THE ESTIMATE GIVEN FOR THE JOB WAS 3 TO 4 HOURS FOR $464; IT ACTUALLY TOOK THEM 1 1/2 HOURS. THE FLOOR LOOK BETTER, NO QUESTION, BUT IT'S ONLY BEEN IN A YEAR, SO WASN'T HORRIBLE. SOME PLACES THE GROUT DIDN'T COME AS CLEAN AS OTHERS, BUT THE REP SAID THAT WOULD HAPPEN. FINAL ANSWER: COMPETENT, SERVICEABLE JOB, BUT TOO EXPENSIVE. I ACTUALLY CALLED AND LEFT A MSG. TELLING THE COMPANY THIS, BUT GOT NO RESPONSE.
