We install, maintain and repair commercial and residential heating and air conditioning equipment since 1986 in San Diego area from Oceanside east to Escondido south to the boarder and east to Alpine. We are a dealer for most makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment. We also provide warranty service for most heating and air conditioning equipment. We are cell phone dispached with a 24 hour on call service tech.

"Please be advised that I prefer not to address this customers or his complaint. He is one person that no one can satisfy at any cost. He bad mouthed two previous contractors prior to doing business with me. That did raise a red flag. Against my better judgment I went ahead and provided warranty work on his Payne, condensing unit that we did not install. We found the problem and quoted him a price. He called me to schedule the work at that price!!!! The agreement was for him to pay my tech upon completion of the job. He started this off by sending my man away with out payment. My tech called me from out side his house and told me he wasn’t going to pay him as agreed. He was now demanding a break down of work performed before he gave me a check. I called him right back and said I will be coming over with a break down so I can collect a check. He said ok. I arrived and all he wanted to do was tell me about how tight money was and I had to listen to him tell me how much stress he and his wife are going through in starting a new business. He had his check book out with his pen in hand as though he was going to write the check but keep me there to listen to him rant and rave. I had to tell him at least 4 times that I had another appointment in Alpine and had to get going. He finally wrote me the check. With out any conversation with me, I find out he is making bad comments on the internet about me and my company. He made several different listings on yelp.com. I called him to find out what the problem was. He didn’t have much to say. I did say that when you make those kinds of statements you don’t help your self when it comes to being on the front burner for a service call. The bottom line is the job was a quoted price, period!! Had we run across problems and put in more time or materials he was covered because it was a quoted price. Let’s see how soon he turns this all around and makes another posting on Yelp.com. Frankly I do not want to do business with him ever again unless he gives me an apology in writing and on yelp! Brian Posytan-President"
