Home Inspection
HE IS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL AS COMPETENT (I THINK HE HAS EVERY CERTIFICATE AND PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION IN THE BUSINESS). WHAT I LIKE ABOUT ANDY THE MOST IS HE ENCOURAGES THE BUYER TO FOLLOW HIM DURING THE INSPECTION PROCESS. IT'S ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE WITH ME AND IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO REALLY GET A LOOK/FEEL AT A PROPERTY. IF ASKED, HE CAN PROVIDE A ROUGH ESTIMATE TO FIX DEFICIENCIES. BE PREPARED AS HE IS VERY DETAILED ON HIS REPORTS (SOMETIMES MAKING THE PROPERTY ''SCARY'' LOOKING) BUT HE WILL SEPARATE THE ''NICE TO HAVE FIXES'' FROM THE ''MAJOR/MUST FIXES). THE BIGGEST ISSUE WITH ANDY IS GETTING A BOOKING AS HE IS ALWAYS BUSY! GOOD LUCK!
