HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH & NAIL TO GET WORK DONE, OR RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS. HIRED INEXPERIENCED SUBCONTRACTORS. SUBS COMPLAINED OF SLOW PAYMENT. PROMISED COMPLETION IN TWO WEEKS, BUT IT TOOK SIX WEEKS. HE WAS SLOW TO PICK UP MATERIALS I COULD FIND DOWN THE STREET. HE DIDN'T RESPOND TO CALLS. DID NOT MEET THE COMMITMENTS HE MADE TO US ON A REGULAR BASIS.

THEY DID FINE WORK, BUT THEY DIDN'T COME THROUGH AT THE END. ALSO, THE MATERIALS THEY ORDERED DID NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THEIR SPECIFIED TIME FRAME GUARANTEE. THEY OFFERED A PROMOTION FOR RESPONDING TO THEIR AD AND THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR ADVERTISED DISCOUNT. I CALLED AFTERWARDS AND THEY DIDN'T RESPOND. THE CLEAN UP WAS ALSO VERY BAD.
