Terrible. The work was done in 2013 and the spring broke 2 days ago. Parts warranty only good for 90 days. Garage Door Medic was able to come and do the repair work (and they did a fantastic job). We learned the wrong size spring had been installed. This caused the the bar to bow. Also, the rollers were not adjusted properly and the cable was close to breaking. Lastly, they installed the safety motion detector (that prevents the door from closing on someone/thing), was installed ON THE CEILING, next the to motor.. We knew we didn't have a sensor but didn't realize we actually did and it was placed in the most ridiculous spot. Avoid this company. they don't know what they are doing

The two men that came out did their best to correct a problem, but were not able to due to ?? I did think that their service was very expensive.

They were supposed to do a 24 point check. He basically just came and sprayed the hinges. Both attempts to see if it was working properly failed. I contacted another service provider regarding the problem and they were amazed that the previous did not see the issue.

It worked out fine! There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. It was what we expected. It was inexpensive. They called right away and made an appointment for the next day and were available. It was all satisfactory. I think we had them come out for something else that we were looking at.

The service technicians arrived promptly and were very courteous. They gave me an estimate of $499. After the springs were installed, they gave me a total bill of $600.This was in addition to what I paid Angie's List. I thought this was excessive but I didn't know for sure. I later check the internet to find out what was a reasonable cost for this service. The consensus was that $300-$350 was reasonable. After inspecting the bill closer, I realized then that they had charged me again for the service call. I called them about this the same day. No response. After 2 more phone calls, I finally got a message that the and quot;check was in the mail.and quot; That was about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Yesterday, June 20, I finally was reimbursed $49.00, which was the amount I originally paid Angie's List for the service call.

It was my first time. I didn't read the small print. So they did what they said they would do but it wasn't what I was hoping they would do. It's not their fault. There could have been additional charges but we opted not. We were looking more for some programming with the door opener and hooking it up with our automatic coding system. But everything they did made the door work better. It turned out well and met my expectations. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would.

I had an unexpected delay at work that would prevent me from keeping our appointment. I called Access and they were able to reschedule our appointment for 2 hours later. I had trouble resetting the keypad and before he left, he helped me reset the code and made sure that I had all the information and instructions I need to change the code at any time.
I highly recommend Access Custom doors.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We were not satisfied with the results. It is still making a loud squealing noise. He oiled it and it stopped doing it for about 3 days. He was courteous and efficient. It was not a bad experience when it happened but he did not solve the problem. The price was excellent with the deal.

When I called Access, I was greeted by a friendly voice. When I mentioned that I had found the company on Angie's list, she recommended that I look at the 2 and quot;Big Dealand quot; coupons that were available. One coupon was 10% off the service. The second was a reduction of the service call to $49. Access does charge $89 for any service call. I did ask if she could give me some pricing on the phone since I knew what the issue was, but she was unable to provide this information. I opted for the service call reduction coupon thinking that the job would be about $300 to $400. We scheduled for the next morning.
Next morning they arrived in the time frame that was given to me. They immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted me the following:
$175/each on the Heavy Duty Torsion Springs = $350
$150 for the Heavy Duty Torsion Bar
$43 for freight
It all came out to $543. This does not include the $49 paid the day earlier.
I was bit surprised at the price. Basically, the prevailing attitude was and quot;take it or leave it.and quot; Since I was already invested in Access and need the job done ASAP, I told them to get it done.
They finished the job in less than a 1/2 hour. They did not charge me for the labor.
In the end, I am happy that they were responsive and got the job done quickly. The door works great. BUT, next time I will shop around for better pricing. Time will tell if the money spent on the and quot;Heavy Dutyand quot; springs and torsion bar was worth it.

It went really well. I had a problem getting my garage door opened and closed completely, which they fixed. It works great and it's now quiet. They were prompt, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

we came home on saturday night and the garage door would not open. even when we disconnected the motor, i could not get it open without two people lifting. i eventually discovered one of the springs was broken. i called access in the morning(sunday) and told them i would be home from work at 2pm. the technician was at my home at 230. he explained the entire process to me as he was installing the new assembly. he was very professional and quick. i would use them again and recommend them.

We worked with Pat at All Access and he was very helpful and patient while we researched other garage doors and companies and frequently called him or stopped by the showroom with more questions. For us, because of the cost involved, it was a long process in making the final decision to purchase a solid wood door. The door itself is gorgeous. It was beautiful unfinished, and just as beautiful with the stain finish. Our biggest heartache was with the installers. They did not pay attention to detail, nor did they bring a stud finder with them, so we had numerous extra holes in our drywall. We had John from installation and his door adjuster come to our home a few times after the initial installation to patch the holes and make some detail adjustments; all which could have been avoided if they had just taken their time and paid attention during the installation process. All Access recommended Garth to stain and finish the door. He was excellent in helping us make the stain color choice, he was prompt, neat and did a wonderful job. We have received many compliments on our door.

You can't go wrong purchasing a new garage door from All Access. The showroom is great and is very helpful in making the decision in what you like and price comparison for the quality of door. I DO suggest being present during installation and question everything the installers are doing. If you are not satisfied, have them fix it on the spot. It will save you a lot of time in making phone calls, leaving messages and waiting for return calls and service.
