AAA FLOORMASTER

On November 2, I contacted "T" Heise of Floormaster to request a quote to refinish my saltillo tiles in the living, dining, family room and kitchen areas. He responded promptly and arranged to do the work the following day, Friday. After I removed all the furniture from the living spaces, the worker showed on Friday morning, he did a test on the floor and informed me that he had to go out and buy some chemicals he needed for the job. Later, he called and said the required chemicals were not in stock and he wouldn't be able to do the job until Monday (after all the furniture has been removed from the rooms) Monday I was unable to supervise the work myself, but the workers showed up, did the job and I admit the floors looked good. After the workers left, I realized that my $2500, 2 month old stainless steel refrigerator had 12 acid stains on the 3 doors. "T" was responsive and said he'd have a worker come out and fix the problem. It took weeks for the worker to show up and scrub the areas with brasso, making it a different kind of stain but a stain all the same. The worker finally announced that he needed a different ?kit? to get rid of the stains, he'd talk to T and get back to me in a few weeks, I told him he needed to do this in a couple of days, not weeks. He did call in a couple of days and said the ?kit? would be in by Friday, he would give me a call when it came, that call never came. After the holidays, when I called I got no response. Finally, T did respond to my calls and again, was to call me on the following Tuesday when the ?kit? comes in and be out to do the repair on Thursday, that has not happened. In the end, these guys did the job for a reasonable price, were not very professional, but outright careless and unwilling to follow-through after they made a huge error. And I end up with a new refrigerator that looks like h###. Also, for note, their BizCards says they are bonded and insured, but not according to their listing on this list. hmmmm
