A1 Solar trying to sell us Solar. we made
an appointment, and had a good meeting
with one of their salesmen. His quote was
not out of line with others we had got.
Then a week later, we get a call from them.
They have excess panels in a warehouse,
and can make us a better deal......................
They offer to send a Regional Manager out,
who could save us thousands. Sounds great!
After 3 or 4 phone calls, another salesman shows
up an hour and a half late.
Wheres the manager? I ask. He knows nothing
about that. The salesman, who's been doing this
for 2 months, goes on with his quote.
He badmouths the previous salesman and his
quote ends up $3,000 more than the previous one!
Then I try to call A1, no answer, no response, they
won't get back to me.
They obviously don't care about their service.
