I am a very happy camper. I called and Chris answered. My wife has a Motorola V360 that has worked perfectly for a couple years. However, suddenly, this clam-style phone would not snap shut. We have no desire to get a new one, as this works great, but could not deal with this little problem. Chris said it probably needed a new housing, and told me it would be about $50 and would take 45 minutes or so. My wife stopped by the next day. The phone was ready in minutes, and they only charged her $21.00. BTW, we were referred to them directly by T-Mobile. Service and price were both outstanding. I will have to stop by to see what else they offer, as it is so rare to find great, honest service at a good price. This experience makes me want to patronize them more.
