Milo will get work from us every time we need something done.  We have referred him to others and they are all happy with the outcome.

After about 12 years, the floor moldings and most of the walls required painting.  We thought limited painting  of mainly lower half of walls plus parts of some doors would be satisfactory, but one contractor declined and suggested a complete repainting.  A-Z Bath and Kitchen was highly recommended because they were completely trustworthy, performed excellent work,  could handle about every type of work in a house, and charged very reasonable prices.  We estimated five or six days work, and we saw and admired their remodel work and painting at two other houses.  Instead of a predetermined contract price, we let them work at their own pace, and we paid their fee when finished.  We often left our house in their care.  We also bought a fan for the 15 foot ceiling, and the store's contractor estimated $500.00 for this installation, not including cost of wall board repair, smoothing, texturing and painting.  Milo and Paul completed all work including fan installation in four days. They are both polite, courteous and tidy.  The interior of our house now looks like it had complete new coats of paint because one cannot see any junctions between old and new paint on walls or ceilings, and former blemishes have been fixed and painted.  The cost was much less than we had estimated, and we enjoyed interacting with both Milo and Paul.
