I received the estimate and was told up front if board needs to be replaced there will be additional charges. I understood that. The original estimate was $21000.00. It took the owner of the company over a month to approve the contract. The job was delayed. When the job was completed I did ask if they insulated the whole roof as was in the contract. I was told no, only a portion. They sent Danny out to address the insulation problem. He told me I am going to have to pay for the tear off, for their mistake! I had to pay for the roof to be torn off, the insulation and then another roof put on. That cost me an additional $21000.00. The whole bill came to over $50000.00. This due to no fault of my own. I had to pay for their mistake and I don't feel this is fair. They left a lot of debris around, because the workers were given limited time for clean up. I had to clean it up. I had to keep reminding them not to drive the dump truck over my septic tank. These are safety issues that they should have been aware of. The wood they used was infested with termites, when I addressed this with them they gave me a $500.00 discount. Danny said to just paint the ceiling and I won't have any problem with the termites. I would not use this company again. I tell everyone not to use this company. I want to add, the workers themselves did a great job. They were doing what the supervisor told them to do.

We are very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of the company. We have asked about a bid for wor on a different area of the house because of the quality of the work.

Workers always showed up promptly on time, and they performed a clean-up daily at the end of each work day.  I really appreciate the hard work of all the employees and the quality, integrity and professionalism exhibited by the A. Preman Roofing, Inc. company from top to bottom.  A ten-year warranty on labor and a limited lifetime warranty on materials from the manufacturer were included.  I'm completely satisfied with our new roof. I definitely would hire this company for any future roofing job.

They were very friendly and always prompt. There follow up was excellent, I had to have them come back to address some issues right away. They called or came to my home to keep me informed of everything during the process. The owner, Josh, came every day to check on the project.  I had four other bids and A. Premen Roofing gave the lowest price and at the best quality. I would definitely recommended them. They are the most professional company I have worked with.

Everything went just fine and we were happy with the service. Scheduling went well and they did what they said they were going to do. Two workers came out on time to fix the leak it took about a day to complete.

We had some difficulty getting a quote from a salesman, but once I started working with Aaron Preman, the owner, everything went very well. The work was accomplished acording to the schedule we agreed upon. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Our new roof looks great.

I had several roofing companies come out and give me estimates for a complete tear-off and re-roof for my 1,000 square foot home.  Preman roofing had the perfect combination of professionalism and cordiality, by far exceeding all the other roofing companies.  Originally, their estimate was not the lowest, but I spoke with them about it to see if we could come to an agreement.  We both agreed on a price and I'm very happy that I went with Preman.  They did everything on time and showed up when they said they would.  The tear-off took one day, the re-roof and installation of two solar tubes a second day, and final inspection/priming of newly installed fascia board the third.  There were no down payments to secure the work, instead I wrote a check for the full amount after the final inspection was completed.  I held off on my review until we had a few rainy days to see just how the new roof and solar tubes held up.  Not a single leak.  Now I can actually enjoy the rain. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer.

It seems to have gone well. They tested with a hose and there was no more leakage. It hasn't rained since, so I guess we'll know for sure during the next storm. The Premans and their employees were honest, efficient and pleasant as well- really nice guys, in fact; which really helps in an an otherwise crummy situation. I trust this company and will recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Outstanding! This job was difficult from many perspectives due to roof being shared with another home owner, our unit being held hostage by the tenant from *expletive* etc. Josh was extremely accommodating about start dates that were moving targets and accommodating court ordered restrictions on bothering the tenant. AND the price was about $1000 less than other bids. VERY HAPPY with this company, and Josh.
