Derek (the owner) and his crew arrived on the early side of the time window (1/2 hour). He explained to them in detail what I wanted done. They immediately went to work. When a branch broke off a low-lighting fixture, Derek notified me and asked where I had bought the fixture. He replaced it without my having to say a word. The work was done in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the results. The Branch did this work for me and for my next-door neighbor simultaneously. We each had trees that had grown into each other. Derek achieved the effect my neighbor and I both wanted. He and his crew were very professional and accommodating. When my trees grow back to where they were, I will call him again.
