These guys were sent by our warranty company and were entirely worthless. It's taken them 6 weeks to try to fix our dishwasher and it's still broken. They've come out four times and each time needed a part which took 2 weeks to order. We are about ready to order a new dishwasher because this company is too incompetent to fix ours

Once we got the ball rolliing, it went great. The foreman arrived early to meet the crew. The crew arrived in two trucks, detached the old HVAC unit and waited for the crane. We were going to use our neighbor's driveway, but he renigged at the last moment. The city stepped in to check their credentials and licensing. Since the crane was going to be on city property, even though they were using our driveway, the fee was $210. Once everything was in place, the crane operator took 15 minutes from start to finish to remove the old unit and install the new unit. The crew remained here until everything was tested and they were certain everything was in tact. They cleaned up before leaving and we went through all of the vents and air ducts to make sure that everything was working properly. They followed up with a phone call a few days later. I hadn't used the system at that time, and they said to call them if needed.

Company was sent to us by First American Warranty. A/C went out on a Tuesday night and I submitted the claim on Wednesday. Repairman came out on their first available, which was Saturday. Probably could have had a sooner appointment with another company but this was the contracted company through our warranty.
Repairman came on Saturday, diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and capacitor, fixed it and charged us just the deductable ($60). By the next AM the system was not working again. Previously the system was completely dead (thermostat blank). This time the system ran but did not blow cold air. Submitted a new request through warranty and called them directly to request and quot;recalland quot; claim, telling them that the problem was not fixed correctly and that I shouldn't have to pay again. Repairman came out on a Wednesday and diagnosed a new problem and said he'd have to come back after ordering the part. He called me on Friday and said he'd go to the house to work on it during the day while I was at work, which was fine with me since the unit is on the roof. Has been working fine ever since.
I was only charged the deducatable. They communicated well and were polite and punctual. A little annoyed that they did not diagnose the problem correctly the first time, although I can't be sure that this was apparent at that time. Hard to know if he diagnosed it wrong or didn't bother to check whether the fan was going out. Either way, it got fixed and they gave me no hassle about paying more than the deductable, even though they came out 3 times. I would use them again.

This company (in Escondido) was used by American Home Shield. After looking at the washer for 2 seconds, the repairman concluded that a rat had eaten the hoses. I believe the repairman was Russian and had very broken English. I was not surprised at his diagnosis as I have had rats in the garage before. We were going out of the country for a month shortly after this so I wanted to get this taken care of. Since rodent damage is not covered by AHS, this would be an out of pocket expense. A-ALL Services called me back the next day informing me that the repair would cost $150. I confirmed with the manager, Dymitri, that the TOTAL cost would be $150 and made out a check for my house-sitter to use. When they called her to arrange for an appointment to do the repair, they informed her that the cost would be $250, not $150. The $150 quote was for parts only, labor was another $100.

I went online and found numerous complaints about this company and decided not to use them. After returning home, I called a local company, Mr. Ron's Appliance Repair who thoroughly inspected the machine and found NO rodent damage and absolutely NOTHING wrong with the machine. It was a clog in the outgoing water line that was causing the leak.

A-ALL Services are shysters and completely dishonest. Exactly WHAT were they about to and quot;fixand quot; on my machine for $250??? Avoid this company at all costs!

I am also going to lodge a complaint with AHS.

I HAD A MAYTAG WASHER THAT APPEARED TO HAVE EITHER AN ELECTRIC OR POSSIBLY A BELT THAT WAS WEARING AN EXHIBITING SMOKE WHEN TURNED ON. I CALLED A-ALL SERVICES INC TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT I NEEDED TO BE PRESENT ONCE REPAIR PERSON ARRIVED. HAVING TO WORK AND NOT BEING ABSOLUTELY SURE WHEN I WOULD BE AVAILABLE THE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH CONNECTING ME WITH THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY WOULD DO THE REPAIR. THIS RESULTED IN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE REPAIR PERSON AND MYSELF TO RECEIVE A CALL 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVICE. THIS ALLOWED ME ENOUGH TIME TO RETURN TO MY RESIDENCE TO RECEIVE SERVICE. I AM NOT SURE OF THE NAME OF THE TECHNICIAN BUT HE HAD A SLIGHT FOREIGN ACCENT (EASTERN EUROPE). VERY FRIENDLY DISPOSITION WITH A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. ONCE HEARING MY REASON AND EXPLANATION FOR THE CALL, HE IMMEDIATELY PROCEEDED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING THE WASHER AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. ONCE WORK WAS COMPLETE HE SHOWED ME THE WORN OUT PART
