THERE WAS AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEN I DIDN'T GET A QUICK RESPONSE. ONCE I GOT AN ANSWER THEY WERE PRETTY NICE AND CAME RIGHT OUT. THE ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE AND THE WORK WAS PROMPT.

I CALLED THE LOCKSMITH AT 4:00 PM AND HE ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER 5:30. I INITIALLY CALLED HIM TO JUST REKEY MY OFFICE BUT WHEN HE ARRIVED, I SURPRISED HIM BY ASKING HIM TO GO TO MY HOUSE AS WELL. HE DIDN'T FINISH UNTIL NEARLY 8:30 BUT I APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT HE TOOK TIME 'AFTER HOURS' TO ASSIST ME. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
