Great, Fast, Showed up on time

On time, excellent service.  New keys work, old keys don't - mission achieved.  Would highly recommend to anyone, and in fact I have already. 

This was a special. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and re keyed the locks. The task was completed efficiently.

Kevin first took my order & knew exactly what I wanted.  Aaron then installed & followed up with additional requests.  Everything went very professional and their fees were more than reasonable.  My house is as safe as Fort Knox.

The Technician, Nestor, arrived on time!  Actually, he arrived early.  I informed him of the problem we were having with the latch on the front door not retracting all the way which made it difficult to get in without a lot of work to get in.  I also mentioned that the deadbolt was difficult to turn and getting the key out as well.  Once the hardware was removed Nester informed me that the spring in the latch was broken and the deadbolt mechanism both need replacing. He offered to contact SD Hardware (or I could contact them) and give me a quote on replacement of hardware (if SD Hardware offered replacement) or brand new hardware.  He worked to try and make it easier to operate.  He also changde the lock on the front door and the security door so that we'd use one key for either entry and gave me an extra set of keys!. He was very professional and work diligently and was so very pleasant!  Once we obtain the replacement hardware (or the new hardware) my intention is to call A-Advanced for installation. 

Nestor was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions, told me how much it would cost before I gave approval to do the work. He finished in record time.

Very professional service. Nelson the locksmith came on time, completed the job in a timely manner and even changed out the door knob that was broken at no extra charge. Nelson was very courteous and friendly. He did a great job. I recommend this service if you need your doors re-keyed.

I had been having trouble with opening and shutting the top drawer of my file cabinet which escalated into a problem with the lock being out of alignment and then finally not being able to lock the cabinet at all. Aaron arrived on time even though my unit is hard to find. He first removed the drawers to trouble shoot and then methodically adjusted the hardware, refining the adjustments in several steps so that the drawers shut properly and the lock was able to engage and lock smoothly and securely. I liked his approach and the final price was most fair with a promise to return if any problems with the repair developed. Can't speak for all of their locksmiths but I was very pleased with Aaron's professionalism and manner.

They were great, really nice and responsive. They actually gave me references for other contractors for constructional work.

The interior front door knob was getting increasingly difficult to operate.  Sean from A-Advanced Locksmiths came out on 11/15/13 on a service call and determined that the existing knob could not be repaired and that we would have to get a replacement.  He was due to arrive between 2:00 and 3:00.  Sometime during the 1:00 hour, Sean called to let me know the job he was currently working on was taking longer than expected and that he would be as late as 4:00.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Once it was determined that we needed to replace the hardware, he made brand recommendations at my request.  He said we could install it ourselves or he could return to install it once we bought the new hardware.  He did not required me to pay for that day's service call until it was decided if he would be returning or not! That amazed me!  He gave me tips on what to watch for when I bought a replacement, so the new set would cover the same area on the front door.  I made an appointment for Sean to return one week later and this time Sean called to see if he could arrive earlier than the appointed time.  The actual work went smoothly.  It took about an hour or more because he had to enlarge the hole where the deadbolt goes into the door frame and wall.  He was thorough in cleaning up and very pleasant and professional.  He also made extra keys at no charge. 

I called in the morning and although the locksmiths were completely booked up that day, one of them, Sean, called and asked if he could come later in the afternoon after his regular workday was done.  I was very happy that I could get my lock fixed the same day. He called prior to arriving and was very friendly and professional when he arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the parts needed to repair my lock on his truck.  The lock was repaired within 10 minutes. I really appreciated the fantastic service I received from Sean and will use him as my preferred locksmith in the future.

Sean was very patient, professional and competent in solving our lock dilemma. We recently moved into a lovely older home with several charming entrance doors. However the only key we received was for the front door, which was an entirely different type of lock than all the other doors. Sean was able to create keys for all the other doors and even re-key them so the doors use one key. This process took time and skill to come up with such a great solution. We are very pleased with his work and would definitely use his services again and highly recommend his company.

I called A-Advanced Locksmiths on a Monday and arranged to have a locksmith come to the house later that week.  Aaron called to say he was on schedule and then he arrived at 10:00 am, on time. He finished all of the work and clean up by 12:20 pm. He installed two deadbolts into two garage doors then rekeyed all of the interior house deadbolts and door handles to one key. He asked how many keys I needed and made the extras.  I asked how to remove and replace old doorknobs and he demonstrated how I can do that and told me the information I needed to get new ones.  I purchased 5 new doorknobs and my son installed them in a 90 minutes.  Aaron was polite, professional and made certain that he did the job that I wanted and that he did it well.

The Deal worked out okay.  It was just a simple installation.

Aaron called this am to let us know his arrival time.  He spent about 2 hours repairing our front door lock which had become out of alignment and then jammed.  He did a great and very thorough job.

Cody came out and re-keyed our 5 locks. He came across a problem and gave me a great cost-saving solution to fix it, rather than just charging me for something extra (which he could have done). He was punctucal, quick at his job, and did things exactly as I wanted him to. I would recommend them to a friend, and would definitely use them again if the need arises. Cody arrived at the beginning of my window of expectation.  He was friendly, professional, and knew his business.  He went right to work.  This is a 20 year old home and he identified locks that should be replaced, rather than just rekeyed.  I was extremely happy with Cody's job and work ethic.

Cody was very friendly & helpful on initial phone call.  He was able to adapt to my schedule & make the appointment at my house fast.  I had a jammed lock/deadbolt & thought it was going to have to be replaced. Cody was able to fix the old one & not charge me for a brand new system.  I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.  I would use them again!

Called the locksmith's phone number at 8:30am to arrange a time the same day to come by to have the front door locks re-keyed. 

Agreed on a time.  Later Aaron called to say that he would be later than agreed to, because the current job was taking longer than expected.  Arron called again to inform me that he was on his way.
Aaron arrived, inspected the locks that I needed re-keyed.  After removing the lock he noticed that a spring was broken and recommended replacing the door knob.  I agreed that needed to be done.

Aaron then very quickly completed the agreed on work.
