Good experience.  Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional.  We would use again.

Tino installed the keypad lock very effectively and efficiently. He was creative in overcoming some challenges that our door presented. He was concerned to maintain the integrity of our door and was able to do so. He explained to us how the lock worked and made sure that we were able to operate it. He brought a mini vacuum with him and left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He was very polite. He answered all our questions. We would use this company again and would ask for Tino.

I am very happy with what they did and the price was lower than what I expected. They came right on time and are very professional. Cody White was the representative who came out.

I called A-Advanced Locksmith, and they set up a time to come the next day. The locksmith arrived on time, and he did the work quickly and professionally. The locksmith was extremely personable and helpful. I am calling them again tomorrow to fix another broken lock at my house.

Excellent service. Rekeyed all of the doors (8 locks in total) and provided new keys in under an hour. Showed up on time and was very professional.

Dennis was very nice and helpful. He repaired the doorknobs and the latch without any problem. I would definately use this company again.

The experience worked out really well. They were reliable and on time. It was quick and easy. They responded timely.

Not only was I impressed by their professionalism and technical knowledge, but I really appreciated that they were looking out for my best interest and not necessarily their own profits. And I was completely stunned that the technician took the time and was able to fix my squeaky front door that had been driving me crazy for years. I recommend this company very highly because they really put customer service first!

It was more expensive than I first thought, but he did a great job, including three sets of keys.

Great. They were prompt and were able to fix exactly the problem as we described it. The technician showed me what was going wrong and fixed the problem. This was late in the day. Evidently he couldn't register the job as complete with his office in time, so we got a call from the office asking if we had been taken care of and assuring us that, if not, someone would come out immediately. Nice!

Our lock and door were sticking, making it hard to turn the key and hard, sometimes almost impossible to open the door. We called the company to fix the lock and door. It is much easier to open the door now, but sometimes it still sticks a bit. Sometimes the keys work better, and sometimes not.

Received call from tenants. Said their key was stuck in deadbolt and couldn't remove it. Called A-Advanced on 1/4/09 around 4pm. Spoke with "Cody". Said he would contact tenants directly for time to come out. Service call was $49.00. Cody called tenants, set up service call for next day. Cody called me (I live in Nevada) and said tongue in the groove wheel kept turning, so key wouldn't come out or work properly. Total cost was $101.00. Service call amount of $49.00 was included in price, I think.

Worker came within one hour of call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered options. We were very pleased with his work.

We had an excellent experience with them. They were responsive and here when they said they were going to be. The work was done very well and completed in less than an hour.

I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for the following Monday. I was given the estimate of a trip charge and the hourly rate for repairs. Dale arrived on time on Monday and was able to determine that additional time would be required for all of the doors so we set a follow up for Friday with an estimate of 2 hours. The work was completed in the time estimated and he was very informative about preventative maintenance and alternative options.
