I called them up and the gentleman came, worked for about 90 minutes. There had been another area that they had not address before because it didn't appear to be part of the problem and he cleaned it up. Hopefully, that's going to solve the problem. I was impressed that he did that; that he cared and that he did a good job. He didn't give me any hassle.
They're competent and I think they know roofing very well. They pointed out some problems that I had with the tile roof. They had the professionalism that if they didn't solve the problem, they would come back and see what the issue was and what it would take to repair it. They came when they said they were going to come and the price was exactly what they said it was going to be. They did a good job. It was a good company to work with.

It appears that the roofing was fine. No roof should leak after five, but after some heavy rain we ended up having a couple of leaks. One of the leaks was in some roofing that A-1 had done. The work was done in a very timely manner. The price was good though, we had one other bid that was higher. I would still consider more bid in the future other than this on.

This was a huge job and I'm glad this is the company I hired to do it. They really took pride in the work they did and I really liked that they handled all the inspections with the city. They cleaned up each day and I am happy with the final outcome.

I had three bids from companies on Angie's List. (Bids were very similar). I was impressed with the thorough presentation of Larry Philippi from A-1 All American. He brought materials and carefully explained the roofing process. I liked the fact that the same well- trained crew and foreman were with me each day. They kept to the hours and cleaned up daily. Being able to put the job on a credit card was important to me. My overall experience with A-1 was very good.

A-1 is a great company and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. The crew was always on time, very respectful, and highly organized. They protected the plants and surfaces around the house, and cleaned up completely at the end of each work day. Manuel, project manager, was excellent in keeping me informed of what was happening. Nicole, office manager, was very helpful with all the paperwork. They completed the job, skillfully, efficiently, and on time. A-1 All American is a winner !
