3-Points Design+Build Inc.
About us
3-Points Design+Build provides Architectural, Interior Design, and General Contracting services for residential remodels and new construction. Our design team will help with the early stages of conceptual design, all the way to construction documents for permit processing. As a General Contractor, we know what it costs to build, so we always have an eye on your budget. There is nothing more deflating than pulling a permit for your dream house, just to find out that construction costs are way over your budget. We also realize that every project will require some level of design consideration, whether that means just the intersection of door trim and baseboards, or if your project will need a full set of drawings detailing cabinet layout and style, windows, shower fixture layouts, or selections (e.g. faucets, tile, or floor material), so our designers are involved in EVERY project, from start to finish. Our design team works alongside our construction crews to make sure every aspect of your project is done properly and to your specifications. This well-rounded, I integrated approach tasso means that when we submit an Estimate for constructing your job, it is a fixed, firm price that accounts for every minor detail, so we won't be hitting you with Change Orders because something was overlooked or left as an allowance that was unrealistically low, just so we can sign a Contract.
