My 36-year old AC died. Joey V came to evaluate the problem. As feared, that AC unit was unrepairable due to its freon type being banned years ago. Joey went in the attic and noted my gas furnace was 24 years old and the insulation around my ductwork was crumbling into dust. After Joey presented me with all of the options, I selected a full HVAC system replacement (heat pump) and replacement of all ductwork. Triton's financing was very reasonable (15 years, <7%; my credit union couldn't beat it). Joey scheduled me for a week out (it's their busy time of year), said Monday for the HVAC system, Tuesday for the ductwork. Come Monday, I got a call saying they were sending 'a whole crew' at 8:00 and that the whole job was going to be finished in one day. My crew; Tim, Juan, JC, David, Dana, and Kevin; descended link helpful locust and took over the house. I had people in the backyard, in the attic, and in each room at one time or another. They answered all of my stupid question. They were polite and respectful of my home, family members, and pets. At 4:00, they were done and my house was cooling nicely. PROS: Excellent system. cools more quickly that the old horse we had had to put down. The heat pump warmed quickly too when they tested it. I cannot tell in July about the full heat pump experience in January, but I've had one before, years ago, in a different house, and been satisfied. CONS: They mostly cleaned up after themselves, but I did have to do a little more vacuuming after they left. Driveway needed sweeping. A plant on my lawn got trampled while they were measuring and assembling new ductwork. Joey, the initial tech who sold me the system, talked about the tax incentives in the sales phase, only to tell me that he 'had just learned' of a salary threshold that reduces the tax incentives available to me.

Triton Air in San Clemente is the epitome of excellence in customer service all the way from 3 years ago when they replaced our old heating furnace with a brand new Lennox unit to now with a service call with William their technician. Four days ago our heater wouldn't go on and with temperatures in the low 40's most mornings lately we were hoping it wouldn't take too long to fix it. Well, low and behold, William had it fixed in about an hour! Triton is definitely a company that deserves your trust, give them a call for any heating and A/C needs you may have.

Very well. We were very pleased with the work that was done by Casey. Also, we were especially pleased with the help we received from Robert A. His relationship with a neighbor of ours was responsible for us making contact with Triton Air. Without Robert A's involvement, we would have most likely gone with another vendor. Very well! These guys are top notch and know what they are doing. My AC and Heat was not distributing properly. It is a 20-year-old custom home that just had one Zone. Triton’s lead guy, Daniel and his amazing crew, were able to completely re-duct and give me the 3 Zones I really needed. This was a team effort in every sense, there was an initial survey of my house to determine if it was even possible to do. Casey was the pre-assessor and was I thrilled to hear it could be done since I had asked before (not a company with Triton's depth and knowledge) and told that it could not be done. Well, they did it! Involved some serious cutting into some ceiling areas which I was happy to do to get what I really needed from an HVAC system for this house. They referred me to a drywall and painter person that did a phenomenal job of patching & repaint so you would never know it had occurred at all! I figure if these guys could do this complex a job, they can do anything. I also signed up for their annual contract to come out and check the system twice a year. Well worth it to know this system is maintained properly. Also, the overall price may sound high, but I had gotten quotes in the past to just add AC to this house that were same $'s. So, to get exactly what I needed for this price felt like a bargain. Highly recommend this company.

Initial installation was FABULOUS! A very professional and caring team. Fair price. A couple months later we asked for a service call to help us better balance the air flow by installing a new controller board and adjusting the electronic dampers. Our experience as likewise excellent: Christian is a fantastic professional, fine communicator and spectacular representative of Triton Air. Today he completed the replacement of our Honeywell controller board installed in FEB 2021 with a Harmony 3 board, to facilitate better control of fan speed and air volume in each zone. Christian REALLY cares and dedicated his time to ensure a full understanding of our needs and a complete adjustment of system controls to perfectly accomplish our needs! On a scale of 1 to 10, Christian is an 11!!!

Luann in the scheduling was very helpful and efficient. She ensured we received a confirmation email as well as ensured our technician was on his way. Aaron arrived and was very professional, followed all safety protocols with regard to covid and wore shoe covers. He was able to diagnose our issue at hand, and also identified a few issue we were not aware of. Most of them relating to safety of the system. He was able to correct all the issues and recommended a HVAC maintenance continue once our home warranty was exhausted. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to be altered to and how to respond in various scenarios. Would definitely use Triton air for future needs. Top notch customer service and reasonably priced for their services and repairs .

I had multiple bids for my heater that realized wasn’t working during an inspection for the sale of my home (so I was under a deadline). Triton was the only company who could fix the problem, all the other companies said I needed a brand new heater. Casey was personable, kind, and incredibly knowledgable. He explained my options and was very thorough. I would recommend Triton to anyone needing expert advice and outstanding customer service!

Scheduled an appointment online, Within minutes got a call from Marty. She understood the urgency and squeezed our appointment in and scheduled us right away. Technician called 30 mins before the appointment and while on the way, their dispatch sent me a txt with the picture of the technician and short profile. Armando was professional, very experienced and quick. After a few quick test he ran on the unit, discovered the issue and explained what is going on with the unit. He provided a very fair estimate and once I approved, he ordered the part within minutes and came back to install it the next day. We were up and running in less than 24 hours and that is just unheard of when dealing with a 25+ years unit with a bad control board. OUTSTANDING ARMANDO !!!!! Thank You Marty also for great communication and also making your techs look good out there. Great Job Triton team. !!

TRITON AIR has been my go to HVAC for years and has never failed. After our routine maintenance we had an issue with a new thermostat by nest and it took a lot of effort on Aaron's part in order to solve the problem. He had to come back the next day after contacting nest directly to resolve the problem and his attitude and professionalism was fantastic throughout the whole process and he was able to resolve everything. This is why I use TRITON AIR for all my HVAC issues and always will!!!
