Zach is always punctual, affordable, and honest. I was very satisfied with the results. Zach also provided great advice on what needed (and didn't need) to be done.

Zach contacted me to let me know he could service my request a day earlier than expected which was a surprise to me and a great relief. I was already without hot water for over two days and I was ok to wait another day. But he was genuinely concerned about me having hot water sooner than later from our initial telephone conversation.  He showed up to my house ready address the job. He had a professional, organized and clean service vehicle and he was wearing a clean and professional uniform which speaks volumes as to someone who is attentive to the details.  He looked at the water heater and knew what needed to be done, got to work promptly and what was unique is that as he completed each task he cleaned and put away the tools. He did not leave the items everywhere.   He explained the work he was doing and was extremely professional and personable and he was not in a rush.   The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I would highly recommend Zach "The Passionate Plumer" for any of your plumbing needs. 

I was introduced to Zach, owner of Passionate Plumber, through a neighbor who spoke highly of him. Since that time, I have used him for multiple plumbing projects on my home and have been highly satisfied with both his pricing as well as his attention to detail. I have now used Zach to replace our old water heater, do a complete repipe for our masterbath remodel, clean out yard drains that hadn't been touched in years, and replace all the cast iron drain pipes in our home. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for a master plumber. When it comes to a contractor, he is about as trustworthy as it gets, based on my experience.

Zach was at my house in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation and followed the water trail. He identified that it my AC, not a plumbing issue. He offered to provide referrals to HVAC and water damage providers. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes, identified the problem and waived charging me for a service call since he really couldn't help me. And, he was totally accurate. It was a clogged drain. The AC is now working fine again.
