The Auto Butler

I'm sorry to have to write this review as I had hoped to have things resolved by now. The owner came out and began detailing my van but stopped shortly thereafter, saying it would require a more aggressive procedure than he was able to provide - and offered a full refund. I felt badly that he had traveled to my home and offered to pay him to hand wash my SUV. He did a fine job and I paid him in cash with a generous tip. He thanked me profusely and again promised a full refund for the prepaid van detail. Unfortunately, no refund came and I've received no response to multiple messages left on the Auto Butler phone message service or their "Contact" webpage. Again, I found the owner very gracious and professional in the way he handled matters in person. However, the complete lack of follow-up or even a courtesy response to my messages is unacceptable, especially considering the service was paid for and not provided.

Giving an A and a 5 star rating doesn't cut it. The Auto Butler is that good. Talk about feeling randomly lucky....! This guy's work is flawless, he's extraordinary. My car was like new; it smelled and looked unbelievably gorgeous. He should have charged me twice as much as I paid. The Auto Butler is clearly one-of-a-kind-- if you could see the before and after, you would be blown away. Thank you so much Mark!! Without Angie's List I would have never found the recommendation and now I get it & see why being a member is a no-brainer You guys ROCK.

Great service, a pro in an industry dominated by flakes.

Even though I keep my car in good condition anyway, the result is fantastic - the car looks showroom new!  Mark was very meticulous about doing a good job. Every inch of the car was cleaned, clayed, polished, and even some acid wash to eliminate some very hard to remove sprinkler spots. I couldn't be more pleased. He even called the next day just to check to make sure I was satisfied - which I am, definitely.  I highly recommend the Auto Butler.

He's very thorough. I treasure my car, and he's very gentle. He maintains the car like its his own. He's always up to help me any way he can when he's here. He's just wonderful.

Mark was on time, went right to work and cleaned off a bug accumulation from a California roadtrip to Colorado. My vehicle was very dirty and he did an excellent job right in front of my garage.
Mark has detailed my car once a year for about 4 years now. His service is excellent, good source for other auto services, and he comes here with his equipment. His prices are very reasonable.
Mark is pleasant,clean, conscientious and very professional.
