Surface Plus

Mike Lunsford (owner) and his assistant, Trevor, arrived promptly and performed the job in a timely manner. Mike is an experienced tile repair specialist and plumber also works with custom builders. He has the knowledge to deal with unexpected situations found behind the walls. We purchased our own replacement fixtures and asked Mike to install them for us. We knew that tiles would need to be removed in order to replace the leaky faucet in the bathtub. Rather than hire a plumber to break the tiles and replace it and then later, a tile repairman to fix the tile, we used Mike as our one stop shop. Mike quoted us a price and when he found the job had challenges, he still honored his quoted price, even though he could have charged us more. The access to the bathtub plumbing was blocked by 2 x 4's under the tile, so he removed the whole bathtub and changed out the leaky faucet. He then replaced and re-caulked the bathtub. He ran into the same situation with the sinks. The access under the sinks (inside cupboards) was limited and tight so he removed the sinks, changed out the faucets and reset the sinks again. Our bathroom looks terrific now! We are very happy with the results. We won't hesitate to call Surface Plus again for our future tile needs.
