We moved here 9 years ago and we have probably used him at least a dozen times. Steve is honest. He is so honest that if he quoted me for the job and told that it would come out lower if he would have done on an hourly rate. He will actually charge me the lower rate. He is very hard to book to do the job himself because he always has so much work going on. He does great work. For me it is important that he does the job because he is a perfectionist. As long as I could get him, I would use him again in the future.
